Sara was diagnosed with Stage 3 Melanoma. The standard treatment is an extensive lymph node removal surgery followed by one year of interferon treatments.

Due to the surgery and treatments she will be off of work for several months which will greatly reduce her income.  

Sara is a graduate of GVSU completing her Masters degree in Social Work. Her passion for giving and serving others has been her life’s goal.

Sara and Mike have 2 boys (ages 1& 2) Sara is a wonderful, loving and self-less mother to her two young children.
