Just wanted to let everyone know we are having a benefit for Kevin December 6th @ Wilma Hall (across from St. Francis Church) from 5:00pm - 8:00pm Spaghetti Dinner/bake sale & a raffle. Please spread the word. Thank you all so much for your prayers during this time. Kevin is home now. Sam, Daryl, Derek & myself take care of him in shifts. He can't be left alone at all. He is doing well & we are so blessed to have him at home to care for him & love him as long as God will let us. Hope to see you all at the benefit...Love to all...Suz

My honey, Nicole Renee George is pregnant. so - there's going to be another little george around soon. we won't know until the doctor appointment how far a long she is, but my guess is about 5-6 weeks. at least this explains the recent crankiness, moodiness, nausea and irritibility in her lately. maybe.

this rounds out our household to seven. wow! seven. the kids are divided on happiness. we've got Justin(11) who swears he's not going to change diapers(ya, right). we've got Skye(9) who wants to room with the baby, and who's first question was whether she'd be allowed to help out(she's asked multiple times now). we've got Hannah(7) that i think is a bit undecided as of yet(but may change her mind if she's finds out it means she gets something like candy or toys). we've got TJ(7) who didn't like the idea at first because he knew he wouldn't be the 'baby' of the family, but has now decided that he wants a baby sister so he can still be the 'baby' boy(which i think now he's just looking forward to having a little brother or sister).  i think they'll all have the same opinion, if only for a few minutes, when they first see that babys face(it will be cute of course, just look at Nikki!).

we've also ffectively outgrown our house, and (I) will be feverishly getting projects finished to put it on the market and get it sold. but if you know of someone in the market for a four bedroom, two story house in Muskegon's beautiful Lakeside district, let me know. also i doubt i'll be partying down for quite some time - probably until the housewarming party on the next house. so if you're in the area, want a cold one, or are bored and want to help with replacing my porch, painting windows and walls or any little projects i'll have going on, stop by - i could desparately use the help.

"Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin Food Products Co. and inventor of instant ramen, died of heart failure Friday evening at a hospital in Ikeda, Osaka Prefecture, his family said. He was 96.
Ando was inspired to develop the instant noodle after coming upon a long line of people on a cold night shortly after World War II. They were waiting to buy freshly made ramen at a black market food stall.

Born on March 5, 1910, in Taiwan, Ando initially ran clothing companies in Taipei and Osaka while he was a student at Ritsumeikan University. In 1948, he founded the precursor to Nissin and in 1958 unveiled Chicken Ramen, the world's first instant noodle product.
In 1999, Ando opened the Momofuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum in Ikeda, Osaka Prefecture, after installing his second son, Koki, as president of the company."
